Bill Hodgkiss

President & CEO

Bill Hodgkiss provides over 23 years of sales and credit experience to The Business Bank and its customers. With a focus on business development and leading his team of bankers, Bill’s expertise keeps him centered on customer care. Bill has extensive experience with commercial banking as well as managing large loan relationships. With proven success in implementing credit strategies, Bill will continue to provide solutions to meet the business owners’ needs. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from St. Norbert College.

Bill is an active resident of the Fox Valley community serving as a volunteer. Currently Bill is an active board member of LEAVEN as well as the chairman for the organization’s Investment Committee. He also has an extensive history as a past member of various committees such as the Big Brother/Big Sister program for over 10 years, serving on the board for Junior Achievement and a former Board Commissioner of the Appleton Housing Authority.

Bill lives in Appleton with his wife Victoria and their two sons. He personally favors staying active and always enjoys a round of golf.
