IOLTA & IBRETA Accounts
Attorney and real estate trust funds can be placed in the applicable Interest on Lawyers Trust Account (IOLTA) or Interest Bearing Real Estate Trust Account (IBRETA).

Transactions are limited to six (6) transfers and withdrawals from your account per month by means of a preauthorized or automatic transfer or telephone transfer, or by check, draft, debit card or similar order payable to third parties.
